✨ wine.spec_sheet

Masi's Modello Bianco is a vibrant tribute to the contemporary Venetian lifestyle, crafted by the historic Boscaini family whose winemaking legacy in the Veneto dates back to 1772. Sourced from selected vineyards across the fertile plains and rolling hills of the Delle Venezie DOC—a region spanning Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Trentino—this white blend is anchored by Pinot Grigio alongside other complementary local varieties. Vinified entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, primary fruit character, the wine avoids oak contact to emphasize crispness and purity. It captures the essence of the Venetian terroir, offering a bouquet of white flowers, crisp green apples, and a touch of wild honey, reflecting the breezy, sun-drenched landscape of northeastern Italy.

🍾 wine.about_producer

Established in 1772 when the Boscaini family acquired their first vineyards in the 'Vaio dei Masi' valley, Masi Agricola is a benchmark producer of the Veneto region in northeastern Italy. Still family-owned and led by Sandro Boscaini, the estate is globally renowned for its expertise in the traditional Appassimento technique, where grapes are dried on bamboo racks to concentrate flavors. Masi is celebrated for pioneering the double-fermentation method behind its iconic Campofiorin, as well as crafting legendary Amarone della Valpolicella expressions like Costasera, Mazzano, and Campolongo di Torbe. Their portfolio beautifully bridges heritage and innovation, showcasing the diverse terroirs of Veneto, Friuli, and beyond through expressive red, white, and rosé wines.
