The 'Firmian' name pays homage to the historic Castel Firmian, a medieval fortress that stands guard over the Rotaliano plain. Crafted from the indigenous Lagrein grape, a variety cultivated in the region since at least the 14th century, this rosato captures the essence of its alpine terroir. The vines thrive in mineral-rich alluvial soils at the foot of the towering Dolomites, where warm days and cool mountain nights preserve the grape's natural acidity.
