✨ wine.spec_sheet

Hailing from the dramatic alpine slopes of Trentino in Northern Italy, Mezzacorona's 'Firmian' Sauvignon Blanc pays homage to the historic Castel Firmian, a local landmark steeped in regional heritage. This wine is crafted entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in gravelly, well-drained soils at the foot of the Dolomites. The region's unique microclimate, characterized by warm, sunny days and cool mountain breezes at night, allows the grapes to develop intense aromatic profiles while retaining a vibrant, crisp acidity. Vinified entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its pristine varietal character, this wine showcases classic alpine freshness, offering elegant notes of elderflower, white peach, green pepper, and sage, grounded by a distinct mineral backbone.
