Crafted by the historic Mezzacorona cooperative, which has united mountain growers in the Trentino region since 1904, Mezza Bianco is a vibrant tribute to the alpine terroir of the Vigneti delle Dolomiti. This white blend typically brings together classic varieties like Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Müller Thurgau, which thrive in the shadow of the dramatic Dolomite peaks. The vineyards benefit from intense alpine sunlight during the day and cool mountain breezes at night, a diurnal shift that locks in crisp acidity and intense aromatic profiles. According to local folklore, the pale, limestone peaks of the Dolomites were spun from moonlight, reflecting a luminous quality that seems mirrored in the bright, mineral-driven character of this mountain white. Vinified entirely in stainless steel to preserve its pristine fruit character, the wine captures the pure, refreshing essence of its high-altitude origins.

Mezzacorona blev grundlagt i 1904 og er et historisk vinkooperativ beliggende i Mezzocorona ved foden af de italienske alper i regionen Trentino-Alto Adige. Kooperativet forener generationer af passionerede vindyrkerfamilier på tværs af Piana Rotaliana og Dolomitternes omkringliggende dale, og huset er dybt engageret i integreret, bæredygtig vindyrkning, der værner om det alpine terroir. Vingården forener moderne tyngdekraftsdrevet vinifikation med traditionelle modningskældre og håndhæver en streng kvalitetskontrol hele vejen fra vinstok til flaske.
