Torres Coronas holds a legendary place in Spanish viticulture, with its trademark first registered by Juan Torres Casals in 1907, making it one of the country's oldest and most enduring wine brands. Sourced from the diverse terroirs of Catalunya, this classic red is primarily crafted from Tempranillo, Spain's signature grape, and is traditionally blended with a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon to provide structure and longevity. The wine is aged in oak barrels to develop its signature smooth character, which seamlessly blends vibrant red forest fruits with subtle notes of licorice, clove, and toasted oak. Coronas represents the resilient spirit of the Torres family, who rebuilt their historic winery after it was destroyed during the Spanish Civil War, and it remains a global benchmark for accessible, high-quality Catalan winemaking.
