✨ Technical Specifications
The Torres family, legendary pioneers of Catalan winemaking with deep roots in Penedès, created the 'Ibéricos' label as a passionate tribute to the rich gastronomy and culture of the Iberian Peninsula. Named in honor of the oak-forested pastures where the famous Iberian pigs roam, this Crianza is a classic expression of Tempranillo. While the Torres family's heritage and headquarters are firmly based in Catalunya, this wine represents their masterful expansion into Spain's historic Rioja region to showcase the peninsula's diverse terroir. The grapes undergo traditional temperature-controlled fermentation before the wine is aged for approximately 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, followed by further refinement in the bottle. This process yields a wine that beautifully marries vibrant red forest fruit aromas with elegant notes of cocoa, toast, and sweet spices.
