Miguel Torres Chile's Días de Verano (meaning 'Summer Days') is a vibrant homage to the sun-drenched, breezy coastal summers of southern Chile. Crafted in the historic Itata Valley within the Sur region, this wine is a celebration of Moscatel de Alejandría, one of the oldest grape varieties brought to the Americas by Spanish missionaries in the 16th century. For decades, these ancient, dry-farmed bush vines were overlooked, but the Torres family's commitment to reviving Chile's viticultural heritage has brought them back into the spotlight. Grown on ancient granitic soils and cooled by maritime breezes, the grapes undergo cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve their intensely aromatic, floral, and grapey character, resulting in a wine that is wonderfully crisp, dry, and expressive.

Founded in 1870 by brothers Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell in Vilafranca del Penedès, Familia Torres has grown into one of Spain's most storied and internationally acclaimed wine dynasties.
