Miguel Torres Chile’s Estelado Brut Rosé is a groundbreaking sparkling wine that single-handedly helped revitalize Chile’s oldest and most neglected grape variety, País. Brought to South America by Spanish missionaries in the 16th century, País had fallen out of favor, relegated to cheap table wines. In a visionary project alongside local universities, Miguel Torres sought to rescue this historic grape and support small-scale heritage farmers in the Secano Interior. Crafted using the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle, Estelado showcases the unexpected elegance of País. The name 'Estelado' pays homage to the brilliant, star-filled night skies over the vineyards of Maule, reflecting a wine that is both deeply rooted in Chilean history and sparkling with modern innovation.

Founded in 1870 by brothers Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell in Vilafranca del Penedès, Familia Torres has grown into one of Spain's most storied and internationally acclaimed wine dynasties.
