Born from an ambitious, decades-long project to recover ancestral pre-phylloxera grape varieties in Catalonia, Forcada is a rare, indigenous white grape that was rediscovered growing wild near the majestic mountain of Montserrat. This wine is crafted entirely from this recovered variety, grown in the cool, high-altitude clay-limestone soils of the Alt Penedès.
