✨ wine.spec_sheet

Torres 10 Gran Reserva is an iconic Spanish brandy from the legendary Torres family in Penedès, Spain. First released in 1946 by Miguel Torres Carbó, who rebuilt the winery after its destruction during the Spanish Civil War, this brandy is distilled from traditional Catalan white grapes: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. It is aged using the traditional Spanish solera system in American oak casks. Over time, the spirit develops its signature dark topaz color, intense aroma of dried fruits, warm cinnamon, and vanilla notes, and a lingering, oak-inflected finish that speaks to decades of family distilling heritage.
