Hailing from the sun-drenched vineyards of Chile's southern valleys, Las Mulas Extra Brut is a sparkling tribute to the country's viticultural heritage and Miguel Torres's pioneering spirit. This organic cuvée is crafted from País, a historic grape variety brought to South America by Spanish missionaries in the 16th century. Long overlooked, País has undergone a glorious renaissance led by Torres, who recognized its potential for crafting vibrant, high-quality sparkling wines. Named 'Las Mulas' in honor of the resilient animals that historically tilled these Chilean soils, this wine is made using traditional sparkling methods. The grapes are sourced from dry-farmed old vines, resulting in a bright sparkling wine with fine bubbles, offering delicate aromas of red fruits, citrus, and a refreshing, crisp finish.

Founded in 1870 by brothers Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell in Vilafranca del Penedès, Familia Torres has grown into one of Spain's most storied and internationally acclaimed wine dynasties.
