Born from a spirit of exploration and a desire to rescue Chile's viticultural heritage, Los Inquietos (The Restless Ones) is an artisanal project by Miguel Torres Chile. This first edition, 01, focuses on dry-farmed, head-trained old Malbec vines from the historic Maule Valley within the broader Central Valley. These ancient, non-irrigated vineyards yield low quantities of highly concentrated fruit. The winemaking emphasizes minimal intervention, utilizing native yeasts and aging in neutral oak to preserve the raw, vibrant energy of the terroir. The result is a wine that bridges the gap between Chile's rustic past and its modern, terroir-driven future, telling a story of resilience and restless curiosity.

Founded in 1870 by Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell in Vilafranca del Penedès, Catalonia, Familia Torres is one of Spain's most historic and influential wine dynasties.
