Familia Torres, a cornerstone of Catalan winemaking heritage since 1870, pioneered a new frontier in 2008 with the creation of Natureo, Spain's first de-alcoholized wine. Crafted entirely from Muscat of Alexandria—an ancient, highly aromatic grape variety with roots tracing back to antiquity—this innovative white wine captures the essence of the Mediterranean. Grown in the clay-limestone soils of Catalunya, the grapes undergo a traditional fermentation before a state-of-the-art spinning cone column system gently extracts the alcohol, preserving the delicate, vibrant aromas of white flowers, fresh peach, and citrus. Founded in 1870 by brothers Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell in Vilafranca del Penedès, Familia Torres has grown into one of Spain's most storied and internationally acclaimed wine dynasties.
