Familia Torres, a cornerstone of Spanish winemaking history since 1870, pioneered the premium de-alcoholized wine category with the launch of the Natureo range in 2008. Crafted from a vibrant blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Spanish vineyards, this innovative rosé undergoes a traditional fermentation process before the alcohol is gently extracted using a sophisticated spinning cone column system. This state-of-the-art technique preserves the essential aromas, flavors, and polyphenols of the grapes, resulting in a beautifully structured, pale cherry-colored rosado. It stands as a testament to the Torres family's enduring spirit of innovation, offering a sophisticated, alcohol-free expression of classic Spanish viticulture.

Familia Torres blev grundlagt i 1870 af brødrene Jaime og Miguel Torres Vendrell og regnes i dag blandt Spaniens mest indflydelsesrige og fremsynede vindynastier. Huset råder over førsteklasses vinmarker på tværs af Catalonien (Penedès, Conca de Barberà, Priorat og Costers del Segre) samt i Rías Baixas og Ribera del Duero. Denne geografiske spændvidde giver adgang til en rig mosaik af terroirs – fra Galiciens kystnære granitholdige jorde til det nordøstlige Spaniens højtbeliggende kalkholdige ler og skifer.
