The name translates to 'House of the Witches,' evoking the ancient Galician legends of wise women who gathered in traditional country estates (pazos) to connect with nature and perform mysterious rituals. Crafted by the renowned Torres family, this 100% Albariño is sourced from the Rías Baixas appellation, where the vines thrive in sandy, granitic soils. Heavily influenced by the cool, damp Atlantic climate, the grapes develop a brilliant, mouthwatering acidity. To preserve its intense varietal purity, the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, resulting in a classic expression defined by bright citrus, white peach, salty maritime minerality, and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Established in 1870 by brothers Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell, Familia Torres stands as one of Spain's most historically influential and forward-thinking wine dynasties.
