Hailing from the rain-swept, mist-shrouded hills of Galicia in northwest Spain, Pazo das Bruxas is a tribute to the rich folklore and Celtic heritage of the region. The name translates to 'House of the Witches,' evoking the ancient Galician legends of wise women who gathered in traditional country estates (pazos) to connect with nature and perform mysterious rituals. Crafted by the renowned Torres family, this 100% Albariño is sourced from the Rías Baixas appellation, where the vines thrive in sandy, granitic soils. Heavily influenced by the cool, damp Atlantic climate, the grapes develop a brilliant, mouthwatering acidity. To preserve its intense varietal purity, the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, resulting in a classic expression defined by bright citrus, white peach, salty maritime minerality, and a crisp, refreshing finish.
