✨ Technical Specifications
Hailing from the historic cellars of Familia Torres in Spain's Penedès region, Reserva del Mamut is an ultra-exclusive, legendary brandy that represents the absolute pinnacle of the family's distilling heritage. Distilled from a meticulous selection of Parellada and Ugni Blanc grapes, this rare spirit undergoes double distillation in traditional copper alembic stills. Its name pays homage to the ancient, massive Limousin oak casks—affectionately dubbed 'mammoths'—resting in the deepest, quietest corners of the family's aging cellars. Selected and monitored for over thirty years by the master distiller, this brandy develops an incredibly deep amber hue, offering an aromatic tapestry of dried fruits, toasted oak, warm spices, and the coveted rancio character that only decades of patient maturation can bestow.
