Distilled from a meticulous selection of Parellada and Ugni Blanc grapes, this rare spirit undergoes double distillation in traditional copper alembic stills. Its name pays homage to the ancient, massive Limousin oak casks—affectionately dubbed 'mammoths'—resting in the deepest, quietest corners of the family's aging cellars.
