The 'Santa Digna' name pays homage to the historic stone crosses that once marked the boundaries of Chilean estates, serving as symbols of protection and safe passage for travelers. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, this rosé showcases the grape's vibrant side through a brief period of skin contact to extract its brilliant ruby-pink hue, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
