The Santa Digna range by Miguel Torres Chile pays tribute to the historic stone crosses that once stood at the boundaries of Chilean estates, symbolizing protection, prosperity, and safe passage for travelers. This Chardonnay is sourced from the temperate, sun-drenched vineyards of Chile's Central Valley, where cool night breezes from the Andes help maintain vital acidity. To preserve its vibrant, varietal purity, the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with a portion undergoing light lees contact to impart a subtle creaminess and roundness. The result is a beautifully balanced white wine that captures the bright, tropical fruit character of Chilean Chardonnay alongside a refreshing, clean finish.
