Hailing from the pioneering Chilean expansion of the legendary Spanish winemaking family Familia Torres, the Santa Digna Sauvignon Blanc pays homage to the historic stone crosses (Cruces de Santa Digna) that once marked the borders of land holdings and protected travelers in the Chilean countryside. Sourced from selected vineyards in the Central Valley, particularly benefiting from the cooling influences of the Andes and the Pacific, this wine is crafted to showcase the vibrant, pure expression of the varietal. Fermented entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromatic intensity, it delivers a classic Chilean profile marked by bright citrus, tropical passion fruit, and fresh herbaceous notes, underpinned by a crisp, refreshing acidity.

Founded in 1870 by Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell in Vilafranca del Penedès, Catalonia, Familia Torres is one of Spain's most historic and influential wine dynasties. Under the pioneering leadership of fourth-generation patriarch Miguel A. Torres, the family revolutionized Spanish winemaking by introducing stainless steel fermentation and international varieties, while also expanding globally to Chile in 1979 with Miguel Torres Chile. Today, the estate is celebrated for its commitment to regenerative viticulture, climate change mitigation, and the recovery of ancestral grape varieties. Their diverse portfolio spans iconic Catalan labels like Gran Coronas to acclaimed Chilean expressions like Manso Velasco and the Santa Digna range, showcasing a masterful blend of traditional heritage and modern innovation.
