Sons de Prades is an elegant tribute to the landscape of Conca de Barberà in Catalunya, where the cool breezes of the nearby Prades Mountains temper the Mediterranean sun. Crafted entirely from Chardonnay, this wine is grown in clay-limestone soils near the historic Milmanda Castle, a site steeped in medieval history. The name 'Sons de Prades' (Sounds of Prades) evokes the whispering wind through the mountain valleys that preserves the grape's vibrant acidity. To create its complex profile, the wine undergoes partial barrel fermentation in French oak followed by aging on its fine lees, seamlessly blending rich notes of ripe peach, citrus, and toasted brioche with a refined mineral backbone.
