Hailing from the sun-drenched plains of Castilla y Leon, Torres Verdeo is a vibrant tribute to Spain's beloved Verdejo grape. Crafted by the historic Familia Torres, this white wine captures the essence of the region's high-altitude terroir, where hot summer days and cool nights preserve the grape's natural acidity. The name itself pays homage to the brilliant green hues of the grapes at harvest. Traditionally, Verdejo grapes are harvested at night to shield them from the daytime heat, ensuring the delicate aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and signature fennel are locked in. Fermented entirely in stainless steel, this wine avoids oak contact to maintain a crisp, clean, and intensely aromatic profile that reflects the modern renaissance of Spanish white winemaking.

Founded in 1870 by brothers Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell in Vilafranca del Penedès, Familia Torres has grown into one of Spain's most storied and internationally acclaimed wine dynasties.
