This highly collectible edition features a striking visual collaboration with Icelandic musician Björk and video artist Chris Cunningham, titled 'From Earth to Heart,' symbolizing the slow, transformative journey of the wine during its deep cellar aging. Sourced exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, including the historic plots of the Abbey of Hautvillers, this prestige cuvée is produced only in exceptional vintage years. It is crafted by blending a significant portion of still red Pinot Noir with Chardonnay, resulting in a copper-toned, deeply vinous Champagne. The wine spends nearly a decade aging on its lees, developing a complex profile of dark red berries, smoke, toasted brioche, and exquisite mineral tension.
