The NV Assortment Case brings together the house's signature non-vintage cuvees, which represent a masterclass in blending. Drawing from the diverse terroirs of the Montagne de Reims, Cote des Blancs, and Vallee de la Marne, these Champagnes utilize the classic trio of Pinot Noir for structure, Pinot Meunier for fleshy roundness, and Chardonnay for elegance. Crafted using a generous proportion of reserve wines to maintain the house's celebrated style, these wines undergo traditional secondary fermentation in the bottle and extensive cellar aging, resulting in a vibrant, generous, and alluringly balanced profile.
