Crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay, the Nicolas Feuillatte Blanc de Blancs is a luminous tribute to the chalk-rich terroirs of Champagne, particularly the esteemed Côte des Blancs. The house itself was founded in the 1970s by the charismatic jet-setter Nicolas Feuillatte, whose glamorous circle of friends—including Jackie Kennedy and Lauren Bacall—helped propel the brand to international fame. This cuvée captures the ethereal elegance of Chardonnay, undergoing traditional secondary fermentation in the bottle followed by years of patient aging on its lees. The result is a refined sparkling wine defined by its vibrant minerality, crystalline acidity, and delicate aromas of white spring flowers, fresh citrus, and toasted brioche, reflecting the pure, chalky soils of its origin.
