The story of Nicolas Feuillatte is one of modern vision and collective passion. Founded in the 1970s by its namesake—a daring businessman who charmed the international jet set—and Henri Macquart, the house represents a massive cooperative of thousands of passionate growers across the Champagne appellation. The Grande Réserve Rosé is a vibrant testament to this collective terroir. Crafted primarily from Pinot Noir for structure and red fruit intensity, Meunier for roundness, and Chardonnay for elegance, this cuvée achieves its delicate salmon-pink hue through the traditional addition of still red Champagne wine. Aged in the chalk cellars for several years, it develops a refined effervescence and a complex bouquet of fresh raspberries, strawberries, and subtle spice, echoing the diverse soils of the Marne Valley, Côte des Blancs, and Montagne de Reims.
