Sourced from the steep, schistous slopes of the Cima Corgo sub-region, this wine is a classic blend of traditional Portuguese varieties, including Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Amarela. The name 'Diálogo' (meaning dialogue) reflects the wine's convivial spirit, designed to flow easily during long conversations around the dinner table. To preserve its vibrant primary fruit and signature mineral backbone, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel, followed by a brief aging period in neutral French oak barrels.
