Sourced from old vines rooted in the region's classic calcareous-clay soils, this white blend is typically composed of Maria Gomes and Bical. To respect the historic style, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in large, neutral oak foudres, followed by an extended aging period on the fine lees without battonage.
