The Benjamin line by Nieto Senetiner is named in honor of Benjamin Nieto, representing the youthful, vibrant, and highly accessible side of Mendoza's historic winemaking heritage. While Argentina is globally renowned for Malbec, Tempranillo has a deep-rooted history in the region, originally brought over by Spanish immigrants. Grown in the high-altitude, sun-drenched vineyards of Mendoza, this wine is crafted to emphasize fresh red fruit flavors and soft, approachable tannins. Founded in 1888 by Italian immigrants in the premier Vistalba subregion of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Nieto Senetiner stands as one of Argentina's foundational and most storied wineries. Expanded and revitalized by the Nieto and Senetiner families beginning in 1969, the estate pairs more than a century of viticultural heritage with modern vinification techniques.
