✨ Technical Specifications
The Benjamin range by Nieto Senetiner is crafted to celebrate the vibrant, youthful spirit of Argentine viticulture, paying homage to the winery's historic roots. This Torrontes captures the highly aromatic and expressive nature of Argentina's signature white grape. Cultivated in the high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza, where intense daytime sun and cool mountain nights preserve the grape's natural acidity, the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This careful, unoaked vinification preserves the delicate, exotic aromas of white flowers, jasmine, and citrus peel, yielding a crisp, lively, and approachable wine that embodies the fresh side of Mendoza.
🍾 About the Producer
Founded in 1888 by Italian immigrants in the premier Vistalba subregion of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Nieto Senetiner stands as one of Argentina's foundational and most storied wineries. Expanded and revitalized by the Nieto and Senetiner families beginning in 1969, the estate pairs more than a century of viticultural heritage with modern vinification techniques. Nestled in the high-altitude foothills of the Andes, the vineyards thrive in semi-arid conditions that produce concentrated, balanced fruit with remarkable depth. The winery is internationally celebrated for its rich, expressive Malbecs and its flagship Don Nicanor portfolio, showcasing complex red blends, old-vine selections, and refined varietal wines.
