Nieto Senetiner's Don Nicanor Gewurztraminer (often designated as GW) represents a pioneering departure from Mendoza's traditional red-dominated landscape. Named in honor of founder Don Nicanor Nieto, this wine showcases the winery's innovative spirit by cultivating the aromatic Alsatian grape in the high-altitude, cool-climate terroir of Vista Flores within the Uco Valley. The intense alpine sunlight and dramatic diurnal temperature swings of this sub-region allow the grapes to develop their signature exotic perfume while retaining a vibrant, crisp acidity.
