The Emilia line from the historic Nieto Senetiner estate is named in honor of Emilia Nieto, celebrating the pioneering women who helped shape the winery's legacy in Mendoza. Crafted to embody a fresh, youthful, and highly expressive style, this Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from selected high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza. Here, the dramatic diurnal temperature shifts and intense Andean sunlight allow the grapes to develop rich aromatic profiles while retaining a vibrant, mouthwatering acidity. To preserve the pristine fruit character and classic herbaceous qualities of the varietal, the wine undergoes cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks with absolutely no oak influence, resulting in a bright, clean, and incredibly refreshing coastal-influenced mountain white.

Founded in 1888 by Italian immigrants in the premier Vistalba subregion of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Nieto Senetiner stands as one of Argentina's foundational and most storied wineries. Expanded and revitalized by the Nieto and Senetiner families beginning in 1969, the estate pairs more than a century of viticultural heritage with modern vinification techniques. Nestled in the high-altitude foothills of the Andes, the vineyards thrive in semi-arid conditions that produce concentrated, balanced fruit with remarkable depth.
