Born from the legendary Bolgheri estate of Ornellaia, Eligo dell'Ornellaia Grappa Riserva represents the noble distillation of Tuscany's finest terroir. Crafted from the fresh pomace of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot harvested for the estate's flagship wines, this grappa undergoes artisanal distillation in copper steam alembics. Its deep golden-amber hue and exceptional complexity are achieved through patient aging in seasoned oak barriques previously used to mature Ornellaia's iconic red wines. This unique maturation process infuses the spirit with rich aromas of toasted oak, dried fruits, honey, and subtle spices, offering a velvety, harmonious finish that echoes the elegance of its winemaking heritage.
