✨ wine.spec_sheet

Osborne, founded in 1772 by English merchant Thomas Osborne Mann, is one of Spain's oldest and most prestigious wine houses, instantly recognizable across the globe by its iconic silhouetted black bull that stands proudly along the Spanish landscape. Their Cream Sherry is a classic expression of Andalucia's traditional sweet blended sherries, crafted in the historic cellars of El Puerto de Santa María. This wine is a masterful blend of dry Oloroso, made from the Palomino Fino grape, and naturally sweet Pedro Ximénez. The components are aged oxidatively in American oak casks through the traditional Solera and Criaderas system. Over time, the dry, structured Oloroso develops deep nutty and toasted notes, which are then beautifully softened and enriched by the luscious, raisin-like sweetness of the Pedro Ximénez, resulting in a mahogany-hued wine of remarkable depth and history.
