✨ Technical Specifications

Hailing from the historic cellars of Osborne in El Puerto de Santa María, Andalucia, this Medium Sherry represents a centuries-old tradition of Spanish fortification. Founded in 1772 by English merchant Thomas Osborne Mann, the house of Osborne is one of Spain's oldest wine producers, famously represented by the iconic black bull silhouette that dots the Spanish landscape. This Medium Sherry is crafted from a blend of dry Palomino Fino and naturally sweet Pedro Ximénez grapes. It undergoes fractional blending and aging in the traditional Solera system, utilizing American oak casks. The coastal microclimate of El Puerto de Santa María imparts a gentle, maritime influence, softening the wine as it develops its characteristic amber hue, hazelnut aromas, and balanced, off-dry profile.
