✨ Technical Specifications

Hailing from the historic cellars of Osborne, founded in 1772, the Rare Solera PAP is a legendary Palo Cortado Sherry of extraordinary age and pedigree. The solera for this rare gem was established in 1911, drawing from the finest Palomino Fino grapes grown in the chalky white albariza soils of Jerez Superior. Palo Cortado is a wine of mysterious origin, starting its life under a biological veil of flor like a Fino, only to lose it naturally and transition into rich, oxidative aging. Through decades of fractional blending in the traditional solera system, this wine has concentrated into a dark mahogany masterpiece, offering an exquisite sensory bridge between the elegant, nutty aromas of an Amontillado and the profound, muscular structure of an Oloroso.
