✨ Tekniske specifikationer
Named in honor of the historic Kilmore parish in County Cavan, Ireland—the ancestral home of winemaker David O'Reilly's family—The Kilmore Pinot Noir is a soulful tribute to Irish heritage crafted in the premier terroirs of Oregon's Willamette Valley. Sourced primarily from select high-elevation vineyards in the Yamhill-Carlton and Eola-Amity Hills AVAs, this wine showcases the classic tension between bright red fruit and earthy complexity. The fruit is hand-harvested, gently destemmed, and fermented in small open-top fermenters using native yeasts. It is then aged in French oak barrels to preserve the delicate, aromatic purity of the grape while imparting a subtle structural frame. This bottling is celebrated for its vibrant acidity, silky tannins, and a distinct mineral undertone reflective of Oregon's ancient volcanic and marine sedimentary soils.
