Named after the precise duration of skin contact the grapes undergo, Pasqua's '11 Minutes' Rosé is a masterclass in delicate extraction. Created by the historic Pasqua family in the Veneto region, this wine pays homage to the local terroir near Lake Garda. The blend is a thoughtful composition of Corvina, which provides vibrant acidity and floral notes, Trebbiano di Lugana for elegance and texture, alongside Syrah and Carmenère for subtle spice and structure. The grapes are softly pressed, and the skins remain in contact with the must for exactly eleven minutes—just long enough to impart a noble, pale pink hue and extract the most refined, fresh aromas without any bitter tannins. Influenced by the cooling breezes and morainic soils of the Delle Venezie region, this contemporary rosé represents a perfect harmony of traditional Venetian grape varieties and modern winemaking precision.
