Crafted by the historic Veneto-based producer Pasqua, this contemporary white blend brings together the international sophistication of Chardonnay with the sun-drenched, rustic soul of Sicily's native Grillo. Grillo, historically the backbone of the island's famous fortified Marsala wines, has undergone a modern renaissance, celebrated for its vibrant acidity and herbal complexity. Grown in the warm, maritime-influenced vineyards of Sicily, the grapes benefit from intense Mediterranean sunshine tempered by cooling sea breezes. Fermented entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, primary fruit character, this wine beautifully marries Chardonnay's ripe tropical fruit and round texture with Grillo's zesty citrus, white flower, and wild herb notes, offering a refreshing snapshot of modern Sicilian winemaking.

Established in Verona in 1925 by the Pasqua brothers, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine has evolved across three generations into one of the Veneto's most daring and innovative producers, epitomized by its self-styled 'House of the Unconventional' philosophy.
