Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine, established in Verona in 1925, has spent nearly a century championing Italian viticulture, eventually expanding its expertise to the sun-drenched terroir of Puglia. The Collezioni Chardonnay is a testament to this southern expansion, showcasing how the international Chardonnay grape thrives under the intense Puglian sun. Nurtured by warm Mediterranean breezes and maritime soils, the grapes develop rich tropical fruit flavors. To preserve its vibrant, fresh character, the wine is fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, avoiding oak influence to deliver a clean, fruit-forward, and highly approachable white wine that speaks of southern Italian warmth.
