Crafted by the historic Pasqua family, who have been pioneering Venetian winemaking since 1925, the Collezioni Pinot Grigio Rose 'Mater Anna' is a beautiful tribute to family heritage and the matriarchal spirit. Sourced from the fertile, sun-drenched vineyards of the Delle Venezie DOC, this wine utilizes the natural copper-colored skins of the Pinot Grigio grape. Through brief skin contact during a gentle pressing, the winemakers coax out a delicate pale-pink hue along with vibrant aromas of wild strawberry, pear, and white flowers. The region's alpine breezes and mineral-rich soils impart a crisp, refreshing acidity that defines this classic Northern Italian style.
