Established in 1925 by the Pasqua brothers in the historic city of Verona, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine has spent nearly a century championing the viticultural heritage of northeastern Italy. The Collezioni Pinot Grigio is a vibrant tribute to the Delle Venezie DOC, an appellation defined by its unique geography spanning Veneto, Friuli, and Trentino. Here, the cooling breezes from the Adriatic Sea meet the alpine winds of the Dolomites, creating a diurnal temperature shift that locks in the grape's signature crisp acidity. Crafted entirely from Pinot Grigio, this wine undergoes gentle pneumatic pressing followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. By avoiding oak contact, Pasqua preserves the pure, unadulterated essence of the grape, yielding a bright, straw-yellow wine bursting with aromas of fresh green apple, ripe pear, and delicate floral undertones.

Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine blev grundlagt i Verona i 1925 af Pasqua-brødrene og har gennem tre generationer udviklet sig til et af Venetos mest modige og nyskabende vinhuse, drevet af filosofien som et 'House of the Unconventional'. Vinhuset har dybe rødder i Valpantena og det østlige Valpolicella, hvor de primære vinmarker – herunder parceller omkring Mizzole og forsøgsejendommen Cecilia Beretta – breder sig over jordbunde af ler, kalksten og vulkansk basalt i 200 til 350 meters højde, kølet af alpine vinde fra Monti Lessini. Dyrkningen kombinerer Equalitas-bæredygtighedscertificering med målrettet økologisk vinmarkspleje. I kælderen forenes klassiske venetianske teknikker med dristig nytænkning, hvor traditionel appassimento møder moderne assemblager på tværs af årgange. Blandt husets toneangivende vine finder man flagskibet Amarone della Valpolicella Mai Dire Mai, multi-årgangsvinen Bianco Veneto Hey French, 11 Minutes Rosé samt Passione e Sentimento-serien, ledsaget af udtryksfulde enkeltdruevine på Garganega, Corvina og internationale sorter.
