Sourced from the volcanic, mineral-rich soils of Mount Calvarina in the Soave Classico zone, this unique cuvée blends Garganega, Pinot Bianco, and Sauvignon Blanc across several exceptional vintages. The name itself is a cheeky, provocative nod to French white wine dominance, proving that Italian whites can possess immense structure, complexity, and aging potential. By blending different years and utilizing partial oak aging, Pasqua creates a powerful, layered masterpiece defined by intense aromas of citrus, white peach, chamomile, and a distinct, smoky volcanic minerality.
