Hailing from the historic hills of Veneto, Pasqua's 'Passione e Sentimento' Bianco is a poetic tribute to Verona, the legendary city of Romeo and Juliet. The wine's label itself captures the graffiti-covered walls of Juliet's courtyard, symbolizing eternal love. Crafted from the native Garganega grape, this expressive white wine utilizes a brief 'appassimento' process, where the grapes are partially dried before pressing to concentrate their natural sugars and aromas. This technique yields a luscious profile of stone fruits, citrus, and honey, balanced by a refreshing minerality from the volcanic and limestone soils of the region. A short period of oak aging adds complexity and a velvety texture to this modern Venetian classic.

Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine blev grundlagt i Verona i 1925 af Pasqua-brødrene og er i dag et historisk, familieejet vinhus, der har udviklet sig til en internationalt anerkendt ambassadør for italiensk vin. Med base i hjertet af Veneto og vinmarker på tværs af udvalgte italienske terroirs forener huset næsten et århundredes vinfremstillingstradition med nytænkning og kompromisløst kælderhåndværk. Vinhuset er særligt berømt for sine strukturerede og terroirprægede rødvine – heriblandt Amarone della Valpolicella, Ripasso og Recioto – foruden friske, elegante hvidvine, mousserende vine og nyskabende cuvéer som den karakteristiske 11 Minutes Rosé.
