Hailing from the historic hills of Veneto, Pasqua's 'Passione e Sentimento' Rosso is a poetic tribute to Verona, the legendary city of Romeo and Juliet. The wine's label itself features a photograph of the graffiti-covered wall at Juliet's house, symbolizing eternal love. Crafted using a modern interpretation of the traditional Venetian appassimento technique, a portion of the Corvina and Merlot grapes are partially dried for about a month before pressing. This process concentrates the sugars, colors, and aromas, resulting in a luscious, velvety red wine. It undergoes a brief period of oak aging to integrate its rich flavors of red cherry, plum, and sweet spices, delivering a soft, round palate that beautifully captures the passionate spirit of Veronese winemaking.
