Hailing from the historic Veneto region, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine has been crafting expressive Italian wines since 1925. 'Y by 11 Minutes' represents a bold, premium evolution of their signature rosé concept. The name '11 Minutes' pays homage to the precise duration of skin contact during pressing, calculated to extract the most delicate salmon-pink hue and elegant aromatics without bitter tannins. For the 'Y' cuvée, Pasqua blends Corvina, Trebbiano di Lugana, and Carmenère sourced from vineyards near Lake Garda. Unlike typical fresh rosés, 'Y' undergoes partial fermentation and aging in French oak barriques for several months. This innovative oak treatment imparts a rich, creamy texture, subtle vanilla undertones, and a complex structure that beautifully balances the vibrant acidity of the Corvina and the floral elegance of the Trebbiano.

Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine blev grundlagt i Verona i 1925 af Pasqua-brødrene og har gennem tre generationer udviklet sig til et af Venetos mest modige og nyskabende vinhuse, drevet af filosofien som et 'House of the Unconventional'. Vinhuset har dybe rødder i Valpantena og det østlige Valpolicella, hvor de primære vinmarker – herunder parceller omkring Mizzole og forsøgsejendommen Cecilia Beretta – breder sig over jordbunde af ler, kalksten og vulkansk basalt i 200 til 350 meters højde, kølet af alpine vinde fra Monti Lessini. Dyrkningen kombinerer Equalitas-bæredygtighedscertificering med målrettet økologisk vinmarkspleje. I kælderen forenes klassiske venetianske teknikker med dristig nytænkning, hvor traditionel appassimento møder moderne assemblager på tværs af årgange.
