⏳ wine.drinking_window

Best enjoyed at room temperature (around 18-20°C or 64-68°F) to fully appreciate the complex aromas and oak-matured characteristics. It serves as an excellent neat pour, a slow-sipping spirit for evening appreciation, or as a premium base in spirit-forward cocktails.

🍽️ wine.food_pairings

Serve neat in a tequila snifter or Glencairn glass, or on the rocks with a large, slow-melting ice sphere. It also performs well in classic cocktails such as an Añejo Old Fashioned. For food pairings, it complements rich dishes like slow-cooked carnitas, dark chocolate desserts, or aged Gouda cheese.

✨ wine.spec_sheet

Patrón Añejo Tequila is crafted from 100% Weber Blue Agave harvested in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave hearts are baked in traditional brick ovens before being crushed using both a volcanic stone tahona wheel and a modern roller mill. Following fermentation, the liquid is double-distilled in custom copper pot stills. This expression is matured for a minimum of 12 months in a combination of small French oak, Hungarian oak, and used American whiskey barrels. The resulting blend offers a profile characterized by notes of dried fruit, vanilla, caramel, and light oak, balanced by the natural sweetness of cooked agave.
