Hailing from the sun-drenched terraces of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the southern Rhône, Les Cèdres takes its name from the majestic, ancient cedar trees that stand sentinel near the vineyards. This classic red blend is shaped by the appellation's iconic terroir, dominated by galets roulés—large, smooth quartz stones that absorb the intense Mediterranean sun by day and warm the vines through the cool nights. Crafted primarily from Grenache alongside Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault, the wine undergoes traditional vinification and is aged in large French oak foudres. This process preserves the vibrant, spicy red fruit character while imparting a refined structure, velvety tannins, and a complex finish laced with wild herbs, liquorice, and black pepper.
