✨ Technical Specifications

Sourced from the historic Paderewski Vineyard in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, this exceptional Grenache is a poetic tribute to winemaker Paul Lato's Polish heritage and the legendary Polish pianist, composer, and statesman, Ignacy Jan Paderewski, who pioneered grape growing in the region in the early 20th century. The vineyard's steep, limestone-rich hillsides and warm days tempered by cool afternoon breezes produce fruit of remarkable intensity and structural elegance. Crafted with Lato's signature minimal-intervention approach, the wine undergoes gentle fermentation and aging in select French oak barrels. The result is a beautifully textured, aromatic red that balances rich red-fruit flavors with refined mineral undertones, seamlessly marrying Paso Robles power with Burgundian-inspired grace.
