Crafted by the visionary winemaker Paul Lato, 'It's All Good' is a stunning expression of Chardonnay sourced from the legendary Oliver's Vineyard in the Edna Valley. Originally planted in 1991 by the Talley family and named in honor of Oliver Talley, this vineyard is deeply influenced by its close proximity to the Pacific Ocean, benefiting from cool marine breezes and morning fog. The heavy clay loam soils of the site contribute to a distinct mineral tension and bright, focused acidity in the grapes. Paul Lato applies his signature touch of minimal intervention, fermenting and aging the wine in select French oak barrels to achieve a seamless harmony between rich, textural weight and vibrant, energetic fruit. The cuvée's name, 'It's All Good', reflects Lato's optimistic philosophy and the joyful, effortless balance found in this cool-climate Chardonnay.
